Nature's twisted nature.
Quinoa, a high-protein grain native to the Andes, is a common ingredient on our menu at Café Pachamama (located inside the hotel).
Animals can be found grazing everywhere just as they are here, alongside Lago San Pablo with Volcán Imbabura in the background.
Ecuadorian light is fantastic. Here a cloudy day is broken up by sunny patches on the side of Volcán Imbabura.
